¡Hola a todos!

Estoy que no quepo en mi de gozo. Acabo de recibir una noticia (perdonadme que personalice) que me ha llenado de ilusión y me ha dejado grabada una sonrisa en la cara. Mi amiga, la que para mí es una gran artista, creadora de Victoria Designs, será la encargada de crear el outfit conmemorativo de la IV Convención Nacional de Coleccionistas de Barbie en España. ¡Felicidades, Carmen!

Tengo que admitir que le he echado morro y, tras felicitarla como ella se merece, le he pedido que por favor nos contase ‘algo’ y ella que es un tesorete hasta la médula no se ha podido negar jeje. Por un lado, me ha contado que la idea del outfit surgió de algo con lo que me sentí muy identificada: al igual que nosotros, las muñecas acompañantes no saben qué ponerse para la cena de gala y de esta forma no solo ya tienen vestuario sino que irán acordes con la temática de la convención que como sabéis es A Haunted Gala (¿de esto deduzco que el vestido se dará antes de la cena?).

No me ha querido dar muchas pistas de cómo será el outfit aunque sí me ha confirmado que será «muy Haunted» (haciendo hincapié en el ‘muy’). ¡Yo ya estoy dándole vueltas! Tantas que no he parado de pensar en qué muñeca lo lucirá (sí, no he dudado ni un momento en no cogerlo con mi inscripción). En un principio pensé en Sandra, que es la que tiene cuerpo pivotal pero, ahora viene lo mejor… ¡¡Carmen me ha dicho que se podrá adaptar a todo tipo de cuerpos!! Esta mujer está en todo.

¿Ahora entendéis por qué estoy tan feliz? Ya sabéis que Carmen ha vestido muchas veces a mis chicas y nunca nunca me ha fallado asique para mí será un éxito rotundo. De alguna forma, es una manera de asegurarme de que un tema que en principio no parece de mi estilo se adapte a mis gustos. ¡Carmen es muy yo! (y espero que mantenga su estilo jeje)

Por si hay algún despistado que no lo sepa, el outfit limitado y exclusivo tendrá un valor de 25 euros y deberá solicitarse junto con la inscripción de 140 euros. El próximo viernes, además, conoceremos quién es el diseñador encargado de hacer la OOAK conmemorativa ‘extra’ del evento, que tendrá a su vez un valor de 75 euros (más información aquí).
