Ken necesita tu ayuda

¡Hola a todos!

Tengo que admitir que cuando me enteré de esta iniciativa a través del facebook de Barbie de España me quedé con la boca abierta y me hizo mucha, mucha gracia. Resulta que Ken quiere volver con Barbie y pide la ayuda de todos los fans. Ha creado una página web: QuieroaBarbie.com en ella se muestra un termómetro mostrando como está la situación entre los dos (en estos instantes literalmente Barbie dice que «no quiere saber nada de él…». Hay un muro donde se pueden dejar comentarios para animar a Barbie a que vuelva con Ken, cuantos más mensajes se escriban subirá la temperatura del termómetro, con un poco de suerte (para Ken) llegará a «¡Sí, quiero volver con él!» jeje.

Pero lo que más me ha llamado la atención, entre las muchas cosas que promueve la web, es la quedada para el día 10 de febrero (con motivo adelantado, de San Valentín, día en el que rompieron) en la Plaza de Callao, en Madrid, a las 19.00 horas para lo que han llamado «la Gran Besada», es decir, que todo el mundo se bese simúltaneamente a esa hora para ayudar a Ken. Los asistentes recibirán un regalo (que desconozco). Estoy intentando convencer a mi novio para asistir, ya os contaré si lo consigo, y ya que no he podido ir finalmente a la exposición de Barbies en el El Corte Inglés de la Castellana…

¿Qué os parece esta iniciativa? ¿Alguien tiene pensado asistir?

Mi vida parece que vuelve un poco a la normalidad y espero ponerme nuevamente al día con el blog, ¡se echa de menos!

Hace tiempo que se hicieron públicas las dos nuevas profesiones de Barbie, ingeniera informática y reportera (esta última me muero de ganas por tenerla). Pues hoy os traigo algunas curiosidades de la primera.

La primera anécdota es que han tenido que hacer un cambio al primer modelo puesto en venta de la muñeca. Al parecer, fue muy cricado que la muñeca llevase como accesorio un móvil «antiguo» y de grandes dimensiones, nada representativo de la modernidad que intenta trasmitir Barbie. Entonces, los creadores de la muñeca han cambiado el anterior móvil por uno que imita un iPhone, y al portátil le han puesto sistema operativo. Al parecer, aunque la muñeca ya lleva tiempo a la venta en EEUU, aqui saldrá estas navidades. Por supuesto, no sólo se diferencia en eso, si no también ligeramente en la ropa y el peinado. ¿Os gusta la mejora?

La otra novedad es que Mattel y Microsoft han firmado un acuerdo respecto a nuestra Barbie ingeniera informática, ya que la empresa tecnológica quiero utilizar a la muñeca como modelo de una campaña para fomentar el interés por las tecnologías en las mujeres. La campaña lleva por nombre Digigirlz. ¿Qué os parece?
