Siempre me da rabia cuando me entero de que «hace poco» estuvo una exposición de Barbie y me lo perdí, no me lo explico, pero siempre me entero tarde. La única exposición que he visto son de Barbie vestida de flamenca, y de casualidad, porque fui al centro comercial de compras y alli estaba la exposición con motivo de la Feria de Abril. Sé que a muchos le aburre la cultura del flamenco, que no se sienten identificados y que detestan que a España se le conozca sólo por este tipo de cosas. Pero también se que causa adoración en este país y en parte del mundo entero. Te guste o no la cultura del flamenco (yo identificada no me siento, y me gusta que se conozca eso de España, pero tenemos mucho más que ofrecer, por suerte los tópicos son cada vez menos) no se puede negar que los vestidos son preciosos y que cada vez más modistos se animan a llevar la alta costura a estas fiestas andaluzas.
El culpable de estas maravillosas creaciones es el malagueño Alberto Martín Macías. Aqui van algunas de sus propuestas, espero que os gusten.

I’m always angry when I learn that «recently» was an exhibition of Barbie and I missed it. The only exposure I’ve seen, are of Barbie dressed in flamenco, and by chance, because I was the shopping mall and there was the exhibition on the occasion of the Feria de Abril. I know many will hate the culture of flamenco, who are not identified and they hate that Spain is known for just this sort of thing. But it is also causing worship in this country and part of the world. Like it or not the culture of flamenco (I do not feel identified, and I like to know Spain for that, but we have much more to offer) there is no denying that the dresses are beautiful and more and more designers are encouraged to wear haute couture to these parties Andalusia.
The culprit of these wonderful creations is the spanish Alberto Martín Macías. Here are some of his proposals, I hope you like them.
Continuamos en París 🙂 . En esta ocasión visitamos «Le Salon The Box», más concretamente el «Pavillon Cambon» en la Porte de Versailles, con motivo del «Salon du Prêt-à-Porter» de París.
Celebrando el 50 aniversario de la muñeca, renombrados diseñadores vistieron a la muñeca con vestidos negros, donde lo más importante de sus creaciones son los complementos con los que las acompañan. Sólo en París podrían darle tanta importancia a este tipo de detalles.
Meses más tarde, en Berlín y con motivo de su Fashion Week tuvieron la oportunidad de visitar esta impresionante exposición.

Siempre que puedo, aprovecho para hablar de mi pasión por París. Algún día me gustaría tener la posibilidad de vivir alli un tiempo y poder pasear por sus calles siempre que quisiera. La última vez que fui a París visité las Galerías Lafayette-Haussmann, ojála me hubiera encontrado con esta exposición alli, pero yo fui unos meses antes.
Con motivo de su 50 aniversario (hay que ver la de cosas que hizo) en la primera planta de esta prestigiosa y espectacular Galería, durante el mes de abril de 2009 se expusieron numerosas Barbie, algunas conocidas y otras totalmente nuevas, vestidas por reconocidos diseñadores internacionales. ¿Qué Barbie os ha gustado más? ¿Alguien estubo alli?

Whenever I can, I talk about my passion for Paris. Someday I want to live there a while and take a walk through its streets whenever I wanted. The last time I went to Paris I visited the Gallery Lafayette-Haussmann, I wish I had found this exhibition there, but I was a few months earlier.
To celebrate its 50th anniversary (must see the things they did) on the first floor of this prestigious and spectacular gallery during the month of April 2009 presented numerous Barbie, some familiar and other new ones, dressed by famous designers international. Which do you prefer? Has anyone been there?

La Barbie OOAK de hoy se llama «Barbie Isa Parvex». Luce un anillo de oro con un tourmalina rosa, dos puños Saxo de madera con rodolitos, zafiros rosas, amatistas y tourmalinas rosa engastadas con oro rosa (y una flor de lirio de madera con amatistas y turmalinas rosa a conjunto con una cadena de oro rosa ).
La pieza que decora su pelo son dos pasadores de madera con amatistas y turmalinas rosa engastado con oro rosa.
Su vestido está creado por Tartoyan. Apenas anudado sobre los hombros, el vestido de muselina malva transparente, con un diseño de flores acuáticas y las rosas, le da un toque romántico a la Barbie. ¿El precio? 1000€.

She wears a gold ring with pink tourmaline, two Saxo cuffs of tumbleweed wood with rhodolites, pink sapphires, amethysts and pink tourmalines set with pink gold (and a Lily flower pendant of tumbleweed wood with amethysts and pink tourmalines set with pink gold a string).
The piece that decorates her hair are two pins of tumbleweed wood with amethyst and pink tourmaline set with pink gold.
Your dress is created by Tartoyan. Just knotted shoulders, transparent purple chiffon dress with a design of aquatic flowers and roses, gives a romantic touch to the Barbie. The price? 1000 €.
